 Simply put, the Millennium Series testers from ED&D make all others obsolete. The world’s fastest, easiest and most affordable Automated Dielectric Withstand (Hipot) tester–the model HP1000.

The only such tester available produced by experts in Product Safety!

  • Meets UL, CSA, CE, EN, IEC and all other international safety agency requirements. Meets UL 120Kohm requirements.
  • 1 Button Testing - No setup required, just plug right in!
  • Easy to identify PASS/ visible and audible FAIL indication
    (anyone can operate!)
  • Also performs the Low Current Ground Continuity test, at the same time!
  • Custom “Universal” receptacle accepts both 120V and 240V plugs.
  • NOTE: When purchasing our HP1000 if you are requiring the input voltage to be at 220-240 VAC, please specify so that your unit can be configured accordingly.
